Privacy Policy

When you book through this site we collect what the booking needs: your name, phone number, email, your vehicle's details (year, make, model, engine, mods), the service and time slot you pick, and your payment. That's the whole list.

While you're filling out the booking form, your in-progress answers are saved in your own browser's storage so a refresh doesn't wipe them. That draft never leaves your device until you submit.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us — we never see it and never store it. We keep only the booking record and payment confirmation.

To run your booking: confirm your slot, prep for your tune, send you booking confirmations by email and text, and reach you if something about your appointment changes. We don't sell your information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't spam you.

Booking records are stored in our database (Supabase). Confirmation emails go out via Resend, texts via Twilio, and our shop keeps an operational copy of the schedule in Google Sheets. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (like IP addresses) for security. Everything moves over HTTPS.

No ad cookies, no third-party trackers, no analytics pixels. The only browser storage we use is the booking draft described above and basic site preferences (like the audio toggle).
